This might be my least favorite PS4 game.
Weirdly this game seems to have a dedicated fan base for some reason? I cannot get past the aesthetics, honestly. The graphics are terrible on PS4 and look two generations behind. The font they used for the HUD is so basic it might as well be the Unreal Tournament HUD font or something. Gameplay is twitchy but also unrealistic (magic hand waves over plant to get a berry or whatever). Everything feels 10-20 years out of date and the only thing it offers to redeem itself is that it is an impenetrably complex system of survival game mechanics, so I guess it is fun if you like not having fun.
Basically, I couldn't survive the struggles and gave up, my corpse rotting on the beach of some island somewhere for some other player to awkwardly hack at with an axe. This game sucked.
