A fine example of taking an okay concept and corporatizing it, thereby absolutely ruining it.
This app has been shut down for probably a decade as of the time I'm writing this but I feel the need to drag it through the mud a little more for some reason. Essentially, you get a relatively poor drawing of a company logo and you have to guess the corporation that spat it out from their marketing department into our collective psyche. I've got a lot of phone apps that are a waste of time but this really takes the cake from concept to execution. It is deeply offensive to me that I know so many of the answers for this quiz game. I'm sure the data I gave this app was sold to Facebook or Palantir or whoever owns all my data and sells it to others to market things to me, the bane of our modern existence.
Yet, back then, we just downloaded whatever games came up and tried them out. A free image guessing app was enough to entertain us on the bus ride home. Yet, this one... it grinds my gears that we prop up the bastions of all that is evil and destructive in our society through the worship of their logos, even if they are poorly drawn. I'm sure that no one has this app hanging out on an old phone in a closet, and it rare that I say this, but it would be okay if every copy was deleted and this game was lost to the ravages of time.
