Geoguessr but only country silhouettes and distance/direction hints!
At the height of the Wordle craze, everyone was looking to create interesting alternatives to the daily word-guessing game. Worldle is a pretty solid clone even if it is more difficult to pronounce. You're presented with an outline of a random country and you have six guesses to get it right. If you get it wrong on the first try, you get a distance and a direction to point you toward the correct answer. Requires a pretty in-depth knowledge of countries of the world, or you can just cheat after the first hint, I guess.
In the most recent version, you can continue to learn about the country by guessing its neighbors, the capital, the flag and more. This added bonus helps stave off the one-game-per-day drawbacks and also kind of lets you play some of the other Wordle clones. If you're into geography or want to learn more about the world, this seems like an excellent combo. Whether or not this simple guessing game has the lasting power of Wordle will probably depend on if the New York Times buys it and it gets shared with a dedicated user base, I suppose.
If you have two minutes to burn or a routine of short games to play while your boss isn't looking, Worldle might be a good game to take a look at.
